- Do you send any local mechanic to my home?
No. Before ANY of our Contracted ASE certified mechanics even come to your home, you receive the name and picture of the mechanic via email
confirmation and/or of any potential QA Inspector that may accompany him/her as well.
- What exactly do I pay for and why are you guys cheaper than an auto shop?
A $9.99 Service Fee (Non-Refundable). Cost for selected service need. Cost for labor. That's it. Example so if this was for brake pad replacement only...
Average cost on a mid-size passenger vehicle for Replacement Pads $20, Plus Service Fee, Plus labor cost = $100 total. Dealership average cost $160 or more plus a long wait time...
- Why did I receive a receipt cost for the parts?
Most places mark up the parts. We do not. We only use AutoZone for our parts and we do not mark up the cost of the parts.
- Why is there a non-refundable service fee?
For appointment cancellations, scheduling and contractor logistics. Fee is also part of labor costs so its included in final costs for job.
- I'm in the service area, how come I get no service here?
Even though you maybe in our service, not all communities can be serviced for whatever reason management may deem. Your service area
maybe added at a later date as we acquire more service mechanics.
